Transportation Services

MAFCO Logistics provides freight transportation and logistics services including, but not limited to:

LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipping
FTL (Full Truckload) shipping
Enclosed trailer transportation
Hazmat-certified freight transportation
Scheduled and time-sensitive deliveries
Commercial freight logistics support

All services are subject to equipment availability, scheduling, weather conditions, roadway conditions, and applicable transportation regulations.

Service Standards

We are committed to maintaining high operational standards, including:

Professional and experienced drivers
Hazmat-certified operators where required
Properly maintained and inspected equipment
Clear communication with customers
Safe and secure freight handling
Striving for 96% on-time delivery performance or greater

While delivery schedules are estimated in good faith, delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, acts of nature, government actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occur.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding:

Pickup and delivery locations
Freight descriptions
Weight and dimensions
Hazardous material declarations
Required scheduling information
Proper contact information

Customers are responsible for ensuring freight is properly packaged, labeled, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

Freight & Safety Compliance

MAFCO Logistics reserves the right to refuse transportation of any shipment that violates safety standards, transportation regulations, or hazardous material compliance requirements.

All hazardous materials must be properly disclosed and documented in accordance with federal, state, and transportation laws.

Payments & Billing

Payment terms for transportation services shall be agreed upon before services are rendered unless otherwise stated in writing. Customers agree to pay all applicable charges, fees, and invoices according to agreed payment terms.

Late payments may result in service delays or suspension of future services.
